Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What you are buying

Harshal Oza Toolkit & License licences are digital products, delivered immediately after payment is confirmed and issued for one specific computer. There is nothing to ship and nothing to return, which is why the rules below are more specific than a general returns policy.

2. Before you buy

Most refund requests can be avoided entirely. Please, before paying:

• check the tools page for which tools are actually available and which Siemens NX versions they support;
• install the application and, where a free trial is offered, use it to confirm the software works on your machine;
• email [email protected] if you are unsure whether it will work for your setup. We would rather tell you not to buy than take money for something that will not help you.

3. When we will refund

We will refund in full in these situations:

• You were charged but never received a licence, and we cannot issue one for you.
• You were charged more than once for the same licence. We refund the duplicate.
• The licence will not activate on the computer it was bought for, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
• The software does not work as this website describes it, and we cannot resolve the problem.
• You were charged the wrong amount through an error on our side. We refund the difference.

4. When we will not refund

Because a licence is delivered instantly and cannot be technically recalled once issued, we do not refund in these situations:

• you changed your mind after the licence was issued and activated, and it works as described;
• you bought a licence for an Siemens NX version or configuration that the tools page does not claim support for;
• you no longer need the software, or your project or employment changed;
• the licence period has expired or largely elapsed;
• you entered the wrong Machine ID and the licence was issued for it — contact us instead, because a transfer usually solves this at no cost;
• your own Siemens NX installation is unlicensed, misconfigured, or is not one we support;
• the licensing mechanism has been tampered with, or a key has been shared.

5. Free trials

Free trials cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund or cancel. A trial does not convert into a paid licence and never results in a charge.

6. Cancellation

Licences are one-off purchases for a fixed period. There is no subscription to cancel and no recurring payment is ever taken — nothing renews automatically. A licence simply expires at the end of the period you paid for.

A payment can be abandoned at any point before you complete it on the Razorpay page, at no cost. An unpaid payment link expires by itself, normally within 30 minutes.

7. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] within 7 days of the payment, including:

• your payment reference or subscription id;
• the Machine ID the licence was issued for;
• what went wrong, with the exact wording of any error message.

We will reply within 2 business days. In most cases we will first try to fix the problem — a transfer, a reissued key or a restore usually resolves it — and refund if we cannot.

8. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made through Razorpay to the original payment method. We do not refund to a different account, by cash, or as credit.

We initiate the refund within 5 business days of approving it. How long it then takes to appear is decided by Razorpay and your bank, and is typically 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are made in INR; any currency conversion or bank charge applied by your own bank is outside our control.

9. If we disagree

If you are unhappy with our decision, reply to us and say so — we will look at it again. If it still cannot be resolved, the dispute is governed by our Terms & Conditions and the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat.
