What it does
A post processor that writes a setup sheet instead of NC code. You get an HTML page listing every operation with its cutter, diameter or radius, stock, depth of cut, feed, RPM, maximum Z depth, time and remarks, plus the total maximum depth, cutting time and machining time.
Where to find it in NX
In the Post Process dialog, choose the post named (~&HARSHAL~)_(~SHEET~). The page opens in any browser, and its values can be edited there.
Good to know
- Works with every NX version. Installing asks which NX installations to put it in.
- For each NX you choose, it shows the posts already in that NX’s list. You tick any to remove and pick the position Setup Sheet goes in.
- NX’s post list is backed up first, beside the original, before anything changes.
- UNINSTALL takes out only Setup Sheet and leaves every other post where it is.
